Natalie Charley, BA - Executive Director
Natalie Charley has a bachelor's degree in business administration and was the lead in Taala Fund's start-up. Prior experience includes education manager, seafood plant general manager, policy advisor, marketing director of the Quinault Beach Resort & Casino, business consultant, and former Quinault Tribal Councilmember. Natalie was co-founder of a regional nonprofit organization, "Potlatch Fund" and was also on the board.

Tina McCrory, Finance Officer
Tina is in charge of finances. Prior to becoming Taala Fund’s Finance Officer, Tina held the positions of Taala Fund’s Program Assistant, Ross department store supervisor, main Cage Manager at Quinault Beach Resort and Casino, and a Case Worker Aide. Tina possesses information technology skills and she has a bookkeeping certificate from Grays Harbor College.

Tomi Charley, Loan Officer
Tomi Charley recently joined Taala Fund as our new Loan Officer. Prior to that she worked for Centralized Accounting in Taholah, WA for 10 years. Primary job duties included counting/processing the daily cash sales of the Taholah Mercantile and Queets Trading Posts, assisting finance staff with financial analyses and processes, overseeing the Laserfiche scanning system by scanning, organizing and safeguarding the filing system, and assisting with fisherman catches, loans, and payments.

Shirley Masten, Assistant Director/Employee Loan Officer
Shirley Masten has a degree in Business Management from Washington State University. She has served as para-educator at an elementary school, bank teller at U.S. Bank for several years, co-owned a Curves fitness center, and was Customer Service Manager/Assistant Manager of US Bank from 2008 to 2011. Shirley took a break from the workforce before joining Taala Fund as Program Coordinator for the IDA program in October, 2012. Shirley is married to a Quinault Tribal member and has Quinault children and grandchildren.
